Bon Appetit - This exciting new cookware line is made of cast aluminum coated with Dupont Platinum quality non-stick layrs and (with the exception of the baking dish and oval steak pan) steel bottoms. The use of aluminum reduces the weight and ensures a perfect distribution of heat on the entire surface, with a minimum expenditure of energy. The steel bottoms allow use on all sources of heat, including induction. Design: Ettore Sottass and Christopher Redfern. 2007 Design Plus award.
