Jaime Hayon

Jaime Hayon was born in Madrid in 1974. The project that first brought him to the forefront of the design was his installations "Mediteranian Digital Baroque" and Mon Cirque". These blended the lines between design and art and lead to subsequent exhibitions and shows at well known galleries and art fairs all over the world. He formed his current studio, Hayon Studio in 2001 and his client base allowed him to span into many functions and madiums. Clients included B.D. Barcelona, Cassina, Fritz Hansen, &Tradition, and Magis; lighting fixtures for Parachilna, Metalarte and Swarovski; and sophisticated objects for Bisazza, Lladró and Baccarat. This work lead to projects in interiors for renowned museums, hotels, restaurants and retail worldwide.

Today, Hayon Studio is headquartered in Valencia, Spain and had offices in Barcelona and Treviso, Italy. The studio and Jaime have won numerous awards such as Elle Decoration International Design Award, "Top 100" by Wallpaper Magazine and as a visionary by Times magazine.
