Refund policy

Exchanges
Private customer orders may be exchanged within 30 calendar days of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, including the original product packaging. Please allow up to ten business days for your exchange to be processed.

To return your item(s), mail to: 29 Church Street, Attn: Exchanges, New Milford, Connecticut 06776. Inside, please include a piece of paper with your name, email address, phone number, order number and the item(s) you would like shipped to you in exchange. Please consider using a trackable shipping service and/or insurance as we are not responsible for items lost or damaged during transit to us. You as the customer are responsible for shipping costs both ways; the cost of returning the item(s) to us and a flat fee of $9.50 (unless otherwise noted) for the item(s) you wish to have sent to you. 

Returns
Private customer orders may be returned for a full refund within 30 calendar days of receipt. To be eligible for a return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and your item(s) must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received, including the original product packaging. Refunds are issued at our discretion and shipping costs are non-refundable. Please allow up to 10 business days for your return to be processed.

Refunds
Only full-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded. 
Once your return is received, inspected and approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to the original form of payment. Depending on your bank, you can expect funds to be available between two and 10 business days. If you have not received your refund after 10 business days, please reach out to your credit card provider, then your bank and if all else fails, email us at shop@ameico.com and we would be happy to look into it for you.
If you desire a refund for a gift you received, follow the steps above and an AMEICO gift card will be emailed to you.
