Shipping policy

We offer fast and reliable processing and shipping to get your order to its destination quickly and safely. 

If you are a Private customer, you will be charged at the time your order is placed. 

Wholesale customers are charged only when an order is packed and ready to ship and we reach out before charging unless otherwise arranged.

For in stock items, please allow one business day to process an order and a second business day to pack and ship. Palletized orders require additional shipping time and potential fees, all of which is communicated during order processing.

Please Note that our lead times do not include shipping time. We ship from Connecticut and in most cases orders arrive within five business days, often sooner if the ship to address is east of the Mississippi River. If you have a need for expedited shipping we are happy to accommodate but please note this sometimes may incur an additional fee, just email us at shop@ameico.com to learn more.

If you're local to CT or driving through, we welcome you to pick up from us in New Milford, CT. Please give us at least one business days' notice by emailing shop@ameico.com so that we may prepare your order appropriately.
