Introducing Alma, a collaboration between Original BTC and Swedish interior designer Beata Heuman. This fusion marries our quintessentially British approach with Heuman’s unique design sensibility. Tasked with creating a practical collection of versatile ceramic fixtures, the journey began at our Stoke-on-Trent factory. There, Beata drew inspiration from bone china’s ethereal quality. The resulting shade, painstakingly crafted with 41 hand-made holes, transforms into a constellation of glowing stars when illuminated. Paying homage to mid-century Scandinavian aesthetics, the hand-painted shade and base come in three elegant colorways: seaweed, natural, and coral.
