While many of us now use Toyo Steel Toolboxes in our homes and proudly display them, they were originally designed for use in workshops, garages, and industrial environments. As a result, they are painted rather than powder coated and do not have a clear protective topcoat.

Please note that small imperfections in the paint finish may fall within Toyo's quality control tolerances, and that over time, chips, scratches, and signs of wear can develop with regular use. These marks are part of the toolbox's inherent character and we like to think of it as patina.

Notes for Assembly: Designed to be fully assembled by one person in about 45 minutes to 1 hour. Please strictly follow the step-by-step directions provided in the instruction manual, as deviations may compromise the assembly. A dedicated board spanner is included, allowing for tool-free assembly of this cart. The support pipe and its corresponding holes are engineered with exact tolerances to enhance durability. The holes are intentionally tight which can make it somewhat challenging to slide the pipe through during assembly. During assembly, the pipe may experience minor abrasions, resulting in small white marks. Please review the product photos for a closer look at these details.
