This fall we traveled to Japan to visit with new partner companies and visit with friends.   Since 1956 Bunaco has used typically unused beechwood strips as a medium to produce wonderful lighting, bowls and other objects, based in the Aomori region of Japan. We also visited the Tamanohada Soap factory which was started in 1892, and to this day creates soaps sold around the world.
