Kay Bojesen - Elephant
The Elephant, a wooden toy from 1953, is part of Kay Bojesen’s creative family of toys that enchant kids and adults alike.
With its good-natured look and round, robust body, the Kay Bojesen wooden elephant has already cast a spell over many a child. The cute wooden elephant is a real classic, both for children and adults. The wooden elephant is made of solid oak wood. Thanks to the high quality of the material and the excellent workmanship, Kay Bojesen's legendary design will provide playtime fun for generations. The wooden elephant is part of a collection of wooden animals created by designer Kay Bojesen between 1935 and 1957. Today, the Danish company Rosendahl Design Group produces the wooden animals in close collaboration with Kay Bojesen's family. Kay Bojesen's wooden animals are now coveted collector's items, not only in children's rooms but also on shelves and in offices, and are passed down from one generation to the next. The animals are therefore the perfect gift idea wherever people live and play: Christenings, birthdays, confirmations, graduations, weddings, anniversaries.
