Astep - Model 237-1 - Opaline Sphere
Another of Gino Sarfatti’s beautiful interpretations of the luminous sphere is reintroduced.
One opaline glass sphere gently held in place by a Black, or Champagne, painted steel ring. The ring has a small cut, enabling the sphere to be placed facing downward or upward and thus providing a direct or indirect light composition. Model 237-1 features one 14cm diameter sphere, whereas the sphere of the model 238-1 is larger, measuring 20cm in diameter.
