Directions:
-Heat water to 212-degrees F.
-Pour into a teapot or other vessel and add 1 to 2 teaspoons of Ruby Fort loose leaf tea per 8 ounces of water.
-Let it steep for 5-10 minutes. For a stronger brew, steep for a longer period of time, as it rarely turns bitter.
-Strain and sweeten to taste (honey, sugar), and enjoy hot, or cool and serve over ice for a tart, cranberry-like beverage
