In 2016 the White Stork Project began a re-introduction program, and the first wild stork chick hatched at Knepp in 2020, in the top of an oak tree. Now you can see them everywhere at Kneppcircling in the thermals, nesting in our trees and throwing their heads back in their celebratory bill-clatter. Collecting wild bird eggs is illegal, however The Chocolate Detective enthusiastically encourages the delectation of these exquisite, though not necessarily twitcher-accurate, chocolate eggs. Milk chocolate contains 30% cocoa min, 19% milk min. Dark chocolate contains 52% cocoa min.
